How Business Landline Texting Works

Until recently, landline VoIP and toll-free phone numbers couldn't text. Now they can have true two-way text conversations with business-class tools.

Most business landline VoIP and toll-free telephone numbers can be activated with TextBox. Of course mobile numbers cannot because they are already text enabled.

If your number is eligible and verified, activating it is a simple process that only takes minutes.

**_Note: This service does not work for website verification codes or two-factor authentication codes._*

If your business landline, VoIP or toll-free number is eligible, the next step is to verify that your business is the owner of the number(s) to be activated. The simplest way is for us to call you at the number to verify it is yours and send you an electronic Letter of Authorization for permission to activate the number(s).
